From rookie to veteran, your computer knowledge is not as important as your willingness to review the study material, answer quiz questions and take a multiple-choice final exam.

You will have multiple opportunities to successfully pass all quiz sections. The final exam is taken right from your computer. You will need a passing grade on the final exam to receive your certificate. Each state has different rules on the passing grade. Check the FAQ or Licensed States page for details. Please always keep in mind that you can work at your own pace.
